Policies & Standards for Enrolled Students & Faculty
I. CORE PRINCIPLES
Arcane Alchemy Institute operates as a disciplinary, experiential, and ethical learning environment.
All students and faculty agree to uphold:
-
personal responsibility
-
energetic accountability
-
respect for the land, the body, and the collective
-
integrity in study, practice, and exchange
This Institute is not a casual spiritual space.
It is a structured system of study, embodiment, and service. We do not support cults, we are not a cult, we are a community of free souls living on our network of heart-based expressions. We value true mediums of exchanges, various currencies, and barter and trading networks.
II. STUDENT POLICIES & STANDARDS

-
Enrollment signifies consent to participate in experiential, symbolic, somatic, and energetic education
-
Students are expected to engage actively, honestly, and responsibly
-
Self-regulation, rest, and integration are considered part of participation
Students are responsible for knowing their limits and communicating needs.
II.II Personal Responsibility & Self-Governance
-
Students are responsible for their own emotional, physical, and energetic well-being
-
The Institute does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
-
Students must disclose relevant conditions when appropriate for safety or accommodation
The Institute provides guidance and containment, not rescue or dependency. We do not support systematic dependability earth supported materials resources only.

All students are expected to
-
engage respectfully with faculty, staff, and peers
-
honor confidentiality of shared experiences
-
refrain from manipulation, coercion, or energetic interference
Harassment, exploitation, spiritual authority abuse, or boundary violations are grounds for review or removal. We host community rituals for the protection of our community against predatory networks and human trade plots. Perpetrators will be exploited and ritualized.
II.IV Shadow Work & Trauma Engagement
-
Shadow work is approached deliberately, not recklessly
-
Students agree not to force disclosure from others
-
Comparison, hierarchy of suffering, or competitive healing narratives are not permitted
Each student’s process is unique and honored as such.

Teachings, methods, and materials are for personal development and approved application only

-
Students may not present themselves as Institute representatives without authorization
Certification, if offered, follows separate standards and review.
